- As you may already know, YDELTUYT ships worldwide, but is located in the Netherlands. As soon as your payment is cleared into our account, we immediatly start processing your order. Orders placed within the Netherlands usually take up to 4 days to arrive, and international orders within Europa approx 7 working days, and Worldwide 10 working days. These terms. however, are not 100% guaranteed, depending on your national postoffice how fast they are able to deliver.
- Newsletters, discountcodes & more
- You can easily sign up for our newsletter in the box below called 'newsletter sign up'. Simply fill in your e-mail adress and we'll do the magic. As you may already know, we offer discountcodes in our newsletters monthly. Please only use a discountcode provided to you by one of our newsletters, facebookpage, twitter or official collaborations with other websites. If you use any other discountcode that does not belong to you, your order will be cancelled.
- Returns & Replacements
- Theres always that possibility something didn't turn out the way you expected when ordering online. If you would like to return an order, please fill out the contactform containing your ordernumber and the reason, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately when something has arrived broken through shipping and handling in the mail.
- Ordering
- You can order by selecting products and putting them in your shoppingbag. We know how frustrating it can be when you wanted something really bad, and the product is sold out. However, to be able to offer you new products weekly, we refresh the stocks very often. To be updated about new items coming in or being restocked, please follow us on twitter
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We accept payments through Paypal and the Dutch Payment method iDEAL, which is only available for customers from the Netherlands. As for International orders; you need to select Paypal as your safe payment mode. If any error occurs while placing your order, please let us know and we will try and solve it together.
- Viewing Orders
- If you would like to know the status of your order, please log into your account. All of the information should be in there. If you can't find the status of your order, please contact us by filling our the contactform, containing your ordernumber and our team will help you out as soon as possible!
